Welcome to Clutter Cure

If you're here, there’s a good chance you're feeling it.

The overwhelm.
The stress.
The mental load of “I need to deal with this” sitting on your shoulders every single day.

Maybe your home feels out of control.
Maybe you're dealing with a life change.
Maybe you've been putting off a space for so long that you don’t even want to open the door anymore.

Whatever brought you here — welcome.

I’m Kerri, the owner of Clutter Cure, and I’m here to help you clear the clutter, reset your home, and create functional spaces that support your real life.

Not perfection.
Not Pinterest.
Real life.

What is Clutter Cure?

Clutter Cure is a professional decluttering and clean-up service based in Airdrie, Alberta.

I help people who feel stuck in the mess — whether it's everyday clutter that built up slowly, or a situation that feels heavy, emotional, and urgent.

This isn’t just about “tidying up.”

Clutter affects your mental health, your stress levels, your relationships, your sleep, and your ability to feel calm in your own home.

It’s built on support, respect, and real progress.

What We Offer (and How We Help)

Clutter Cure offers hands-on support for a wide range of situations — from simple clean-ups to deeply sensitive clean-outs.

Here are the services I currently provide:

1. Clutter Clean-Ups

This is for the everyday clutter that slowly takes over.

Closets. Bedrooms. Kitchens. Garages. Basements. Storage rooms. Spare rooms.
The “doom pile.” The “I’ll deal with it later” room.

Together, we’ll clear what’s in the way and create a functional space you can actually use again.

2. Hoarding Support

This is one of the most misunderstood and most sensitive services.

If you or someone you love is living with hoarding behaviours, you are not alone — and you are not “broken.”

Hoarding is complex, emotional, and often tied to trauma, grief, or mental overwhelm.

Clutter Cure provides respectful, compassionate support with a focus on:

  • Safety

  • Trust

  • Dignity

  • Step-by-step progress

No shame. No harshness. No judgment.

3. Estate Clean-Outs

Estate clean-outs can be overwhelming — emotionally and physically.

Whether you’ve lost a loved one, you’re handling an estate, or you’re helping a family member transition, I can support you through the process.

We’ll sort through the home with care, remove what needs to go, and help you move forward without feeling buried in the task.

4. Senior Downsizing

Downsizing can be a beautiful next step — but it can also be incredibly emotional.

I work with seniors and families to make the process calmer, smoother, and far less stressful.

This service includes:

  • Sorting and organizing

  • Decluttering with compassion

  • Support with decision-making

  • Creating a plan that respects your timeline

5. Emergency Clean-Ups

Sometimes clutter becomes more than a mess.
Sometimes it becomes a crisis.

Emergency clean-ups are for situations like:

  • Sudden life changes

  • Unsafe living conditions

  • Overwhelming build-up

  • Urgent deadlines (inspections, moving, etc.)

  • Support after major emotional events

If you're in a situation that feels urgent — reach out.
Even if you're not sure what you need yet.

Who Clutter Cure Is For?

Clutter Cure is for you if:

  • You’ve tried to declutter and it never sticks

  • You’re downsizing and don’t want to do it alone

And honestly?

Clutter Cure is for you if you're just tired of carrying it.

Because clutter isn’t always “stuff.”

Sometimes it’s:

  • Grief

  • Burnout

  • Depression

  • ADHD overwhelm

  • Trauma

  • Life transitions

  • Or just… too much for too long

Why Choose Clutter Cure?

There are a lot of organizing and cleaning services out there.

But Clutter Cure was created for a very specific reason:

Because people don’t just need a clean home — they need support.

Here’s what makes Clutter Cure different:

1. You will never be judged

Not for your home.
Not for your mess.
Not for how long it’s been.
Not for how it got this way.

2. We work at your pace

Some people want a fast clean-out.
Some people need gentle steps.

Both are valid.

You’re in control.

3. This is about real life

This is not about matching containers or a perfect pantry.

This is about making your home livable again.

4. I understand the emotional side

Clutter is often attached to memory, grief, guilt, fear, and shame.

I know that.
I respect that.
And I support you through it.

5. You’ll feel relief — not pressure

The goal is not to make you feel worse.
The goal is to help you breathe again.

What Happens When You Reach Out?

If you contact Clutter Cure, you don’t need to have the perfect words.

You can simply say: “I need help.”

From there, we’ll talk about:

  • What kind of support you need

  • What space(s) you’re struggling with

  • Your timeline

  • Your comfort level

  • The best next step

You’ll get a clear plan — and you’ll finally feel like you’re not doing it alone.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

If your home has started to feel like a source of stress instead of peace…

If you’re stuck…
If you’ve been carrying this for too long…

I’m here.

Clutter Cure is the gentle, judgment-free support that helps you take the next step — and feel lighter in your space and your life.
